Q - Our association is small. Is there a minimum size?
A - No, there is no minimum size. The success of your program is related to the marketing plan for its launch and ongoing awareness. A plan that is not visible to its members will have little chance of success. We work with you to develop a marketing plan and remain involved to ensure members are aware and have quick responses to their questions.
Q - Does our organization have to become the expert in insurance details?
A - Absolutely not! Health Assured Financial Group remains responsible for explaining details to your members.
Q - What happens to our rates if we have a few members who submit a lot of claims?
A - Your rates are not affected by the claims of a few individuals. This is because they are fully pooled, not individually experience-rated. Furthermore, your individual members do not have to be concerned about submitting a claim and having their benefits cancelled or their premiums being raised.
Q - Does our organization get involved in submitting claims for its members?
A - Definitely not! All administration flows directly between the insured individual and the insurer. Furthermore, the plan provides pay-direct drug cards. Your member presents the card to the pharmacist and pays a nominal co-insurance fee. No forms to fill, no waiting for reimbursement. Most dentists are equipped today with electronic claim submission. So paperwork is kept to a minimum for the insured.
